What a cookie is
A cookie is a small file stored in your browser when you visit a website. It is used, for example, to remember your preferences or to know which pages are visited most.
Which cookies we use
The first time you arrive you will see a notice where you can accept all cookies, reject them or choose by category. These are the categories:
- Necessary. Essential for the website to work and to remember the decision you make about cookies. They cannot be disabled and they do not identify you.
- Functional. They enable additional features, such as sharing content.
- Analytics. They let us know how many people visit the site and which sections are of most interest, always in aggregate form.
- Performance. They measure how the website behaves so that it can be improved.
- Advertising. These would be used to show ads tailored to your interests.
Cookies that are not necessary are only installed if you authorise them.
How to change your decision
You can change or withdraw your consent whenever you like from the cookie notice itself. You can also delete or block cookies from your browser settings: Chrome, Firefox, Safari or Edge.
Bear in mind that blocking all cookies may affect how the website works.
