Who processes your data

What data we collect and what for
We only process the data you give us voluntarily through the contact form or when you write to us by email or WhatsApp:
- Data: name, telephone, email address, type of work and the message you send us.
- Purpose: to answer your enquiry, prepare a quote and follow up on that request.
- Legal basis: your consent, given when you tick the box on the form, and the application of pre-contractual measures at your request.
We do not use your data to send you advertising unless you have asked us to, and we do not carry out automated profiling.
How long we keep it
We keep your enquiry for as long as is needed to deal with it and, after that, for the statutory limitation periods for liability. If a contract is signed, the corresponding tax and commercial retention periods apply.
Who we share it with
We do not pass your data on to third parties except where legally required. It is processed, as data processors and under a signed contract, by the suppliers that make the service possible: the web hosting provider (Hostinger), the email provider and, if you write through that channel, WhatsApp.
Your rights
You may ask us to access, rectify or erase your data, to object to or restrict its processing, or to have it ported. Just write to info@proyectosyp.com stating which right you wish to exercise. If you believe we have not dealt with you properly, you may complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
Security
We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data. The website is served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS).
